June 26, 2018A familiar face to the banking community, Kathy Richardson has joined the Michigan Planners Banking division!

Formerly with the Michigan Bankers Association (MBA) Service Corporation’s Employee Benefits Division since 2000, Kathy served as the primary servicing contact as the Director of Employee Benefits Administration. Kathy was responsible for supporting the management and HR teams with employee benefits administration, consolidated billing, and claims resolution. She also served as the Fund Administrator for a self-funded Work Comp program, where she managed more than 108 members, totaling nearly 12,000 employees. Kathy will serve in Client Services, alongside Joellen Wright, former President of MBA’S Service Corporation’s Employee Benefits Division, and Connie Youker, former Vice President of HR at Traverse City State Bank.
